Introduction:

The disciples asked Jesus who was greatest in the Kingdom. Jesus inverted their worldly definition by pointing to a child. People often assume success is measured by titles, financial accumulation, and worldly status. But Kingdom success operates on a completely different system than the world.

Point 1: Understand Where You Come From (Origin)

"Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." — Genesis 1:26 & Matthew 18:3

Worldly success is driven by insecurity and pride. Kingdom success is rooted in knowing your identity as a beloved child of the King who operates from victory, not for approval.

Practical Application & Example: Working hard in your career out of joy and divine calling rather than desperate anxiety to prove your worth.

Point 2: Figure Out the Plan and Stick With It (Discipline)

"Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet..." — Proverbs 4:25-27 & Joshua 1:7

Kingdom success requires single-minded focus and unwavering obedience to God's specific blueprint for your life, refusing to turn to the right or left.

Practical Application & Example: Setting daily boundaries against distractions and worldly compromises that derail your spiritual assignment.

Point 3: Trust the Backing of Heaven (Authority)

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." — Joshua 1:9

When God assigns you a task, He backs it with heaven's full resources and authority. You are never working in your own limited strength.

Practical Application & Example: Launching outreach initiatives or business ventures with bold faith, knowing God guarantees His command.

Conclusion:

Redefine success through the eyes of the King. Walk in child-like trust, strategic discipline, and heavenly confidence.
