Many people think honoring their parents depends on whether their parents deserve it. But the Kingdom of God teaches something deeper.
God established authority within the family, and honoring our parents is ultimately an act of honoring the One who entrusted them with that responsibility. This doesn't mean approving every decision they make—it means choosing respect because of God's design.
When we learn to honor the authority God has established at home, we cultivate a heart that is also ready to honor Him.
Honor is not based on perfection—it is rooted in obedience to God's order.
